If it need to say shortly PC don't recognize the AMUX 64 T

Hi umutozkans,
Thanks for the post and I hope your well today.
The AMUX-64T requires Traditional NI-DAQ whereas the PCI 6259 only supports DAQmx and DAQmxbase. You will need to install both drivers (trad DAQ and DAQmx). Have you done this?
This KB explains the support,

You can download the drivers from here,

Hope this helps,

Hillman's post should say that you need to install Traditional NI-DAQ and also use an MIO DAQ device that is supported by Traditional NI-DAQ (for example, E Series) if you need to use your AMUX-64T. There is no way to use the AMUX-64T with NI-DAQmx or M Series devices.
Hopefully this helps-

Hello umutozkans,
According to the overview for the AMUX 64T the device can be used with any 60xxE (E Series) multifunction DAQ products. Any device that falls into that family would work for your applications using the AMUX 64T. You will just need to make sure that the E Series device you want to use is traditional DAQ compatible.

For new system designs you should consider updating to a more current DAQ offering. Since you're using the AMUX-64T I assume that high channel count voltage input is necessary for your application. You may want to consider a solution like NI CompactDAQ with up to 8 NI 9205 modules. You could also build an NI SCXI-based solution, depending on your signal conditioning needs.
If you must use the AMUX-64T, you will need to select a DAQ board that is supported by Traditional NI-DAQ. E Series devices are probably your best option in that case.
