There is no clear definition of the output voltage level of NI DAQ 622X cards in the spec.
Are they open-drain output? What's their voltage levels? Is the voltage level programable,etc able to be configured to 3.3 or 5V?

Look at "NI 622x Specifications" pages 6-8. It shows TTL compatible voltage levels for 5 V logic. It makes no mention of programmability for output levels.

Thanks for your replay.
I have seen the IIL,IIH, IOH,IOL and VIH,VIL,VT, but no found anything about the output level (VOH and VOL) .Could you please kindly tell me where exactly it's?

Look at the graphs on page 8. This is not the usual way of specifying Voh, but is is quite informative. Other charts show different values of Vdd.
