configure ERROR daq card 6024E? URGENT

Hi,
I have a daq card 6024E and a laptop Acer Aspire 3050 w/AMD sempron 3500 1.8 GHz. Win XP SP2
I use MAX 4.0.0.3010 and NIDAQ 8.0.1
When I run MAX and click on Test Panel an error is  showed : This operation can only performed on analog input physical channels.
As configured , this device does not have any analog input connections.

Long time ago , With similar device , when I used this tool every channels were showed

And when I want to  create a new  task  a label show:

No supported devices found

I seem An isntallation problem is here.
Note:
In device Manager the IRQ nr is 23
The IRQ showed by MAX is 17 ....?


I will appreciate an urgent Assistance

Looking for a solution, I install another device , NI-USB 6009 and show the same Behaviour. Then I use another laptop (Compaq f500) and install thesame device and ,ups! it work Successfully. But I can´t install the PCMCIA device because the compaq has not this port.
Now I test a third devoce NI9221 and it show the same Behaviour( works ok on compaq, no works on Acer)

Hi Ariel,

Check your system and detect any ant-virus. If you  find NOD32 , please uninstall it

I remove this NOD 32 and then the MAX works OK
