Start by hitting "F5" do do a refresh. This is often over-looked by even the most experienced among us.

Hello;

the start point is to press F5 to refresh the new MAX Configuration. Sometimes the card is installed properly, but it doesn't show in MAX because the Configuration hasn't been updated.
