We have a PCI-6733 card that is no longer outputting voltages on any of the channels. This is following a neighbourhood-wide power cut (thanks to a construction worker who drove a digger through a power cable). The computer that the card is plugged into also has four other NI cards that are working properly.
We ran a self-test using the Measurement and Automation Explorer, and it said the self-test failed with error code -200020.
Is the card fried or is there something we can do to recover it?

Hi Atomic_Ana,
There are a couple of things you can try here: first, try resetting the card to its default state. You can do this within Measurement & Automation Explorer by clicking on the device under Devices and Interfaces, then clicking Reset Device. Then try the Self-Test again.
Another option would be to try the card in an alternative slot that you know is working properly in case the issue is with the slot instead of the card.
