Hi Jim,

First, I would like to direct you to this KnowledgeBase article that states possible reasons and troubleshooting steps that could help resolve your error message:   "Not Responding to the Selected Base Address" Error

Some information that may help here is what operating system are you running and what driver version are you using?  Has this system been working fine for awhile and now this happens, or has this always happened for your paticular hardware?
