hardware advice,temperature and current DAQ

HI all, I need your advice configuring the most less price DAQ System for these specific tasks 
  1-I need to measure 320 temperature points using N type thermocouple.
  2-I need to measure 100 AC Current (1-30 amps) using current transducers. 
  3-I need to operate 3*100 led indicators as I'm testing 100 units (UUTs).
     The scan cycle is no more than 5 sec and I'm performing this test for 2 full hours  

i need your advice configuring a SCXI or PXI DAQ system, but money is critical so i need the less expensive options that can come in mind.

TC: 8x 40Ch mux , I used agilent/fluke desktop scanner with USB/RS232 in the past (Home appliance test fields)

AC Current: Tricky because normal AC measurements need a minimum settling time for internal filter. Try to get current transducers that output a DC value propotional the ACrms current or use cheaper ones and sample at least one periode with >4kS/s 

5x 20Chmux with diff input

LED 24DIO would be enough for charlyplexing.... however a second 24" monitor is cheaper and more flexible (maybe even more of them...) 

AND really thing about handling and adapting. 5min per UUT saved here will give you the budget to spend money for robust connectors
