how can i get graphs and menu items to display when using VNC (System Tools Remote Control Manager V1.13)

I have a problem when we VNC into our remote computers using STRCM V1.13) On pull down menu items, they do not immediately show up but, you can scroll over them several times with the cursor and suddenly they will appear.  I think that this is a problem with screen animation similar to solution 2OEDM9MR which was for LabView 6.1.  I can not find the same "fix" in LV 8.6.1.   Also any front panel that contains a graph will not show up.  I think that this is the same problem, as the graph is animated.  The panel will show up briefly if we close the software using the task manager.

I did a quick search for "Disable menu animation" in the LabVIEW help and found that this setting is now avalible in Tools»Options»Environment... then there is a check box for "diable menu animation"

Well, "disable menu animation" did not fix the problem.  Still can not see front panels that contain a graph.

Could you attach a screen shot of the expected front panel and the front panel as viewed from the VNC?
