imaq conflicts with daqmx

The system is stable when there is only IMAQ4.4 with Labview 2009.

But when i have installed DAQmx 9.0.2, the system is not stable. Even though I re-installed the IMAQ 4.4 or NI Serial 3.5.1 or Labview 2009, the system is still unstable. The system becomes slow and the image cannot be acuired/

Please help!!!

What does Task Manager say about things that are executing on the system (when the system appears "unstable")? Sort by cpu, write down andy processes that are taking up significant cpu time and then do the same for memory, noting any processes that are taking up "a lot" of memory.
