ni-modinst 1.4.1

I am trying to use the scope soft front panel and it tells me that ni-modinst 1.4.1 or higher is needed? Where is it located so I can reinstall it?

The NI-Modinst is included in the NI-SCOPE installation. I suggest repairing the NI-SCOPE installation.
