I have a device, which accepts 0 and 5 V. I am using NI 9263 to output 0 V and 5 V into this device. I set the max and min in labview for NI 9263 as 0 and 5V, and generation mode as 1 Sample (On Demand). I met two problems.
1. When I switch the output of NI 9263 from 0 to 5V in the labview, the output of NI 9263 increases to 10 V first (in a short time) and then drop to 5 V. The overshoot (10 v) would damage my device. I am wondering how to avoid the overshoot? I used a multimeter to measure the output of NI 9263 and found this overshoot.
2. When I switch the output of NI 9263 from 0 to 5V in the labview, there is a time delay for the output to change from 0 to 5V. Sometimes, the delay time is up to 10 seconds.
Anyone met these problems?
