problem accessing DAQCArd-AI-16E-4 using NI-DAQmx Tool

I'm using the DAQCArd-AI-16E-4 and have installed NI-DAQmx Tool to be able to use Matlab instead of LabView. But all I got is error massage saying "Unable to load DAQ library from data directory". I have installed it as Traditional and I can se that it's working in the test panel when I apply a sinus wave.

Sorry to say that DAQCArd-AI-16E-4 is supported by NI-DAQmx. See here

You will have to use the Traditional DAQ device drivers itself

You mean that DAQCArd-AI-16E-4 is NOT supported by NI-DAQmx?!?!? But do I really need the NI-DAQmx driver to use NI-DAQmx Tool for Matlab????

Unfortunately, the answer for both the queries is Yes! Smiley Sad

Damn 😞 But I realise now that it was quite impossible, thanks anyway.

Do you know if there are any other ways of getting the card to work with Matlab? I don’t' have the Data Acquisition Toolbox for Matlab so I was hoping the NI-DAQmx Tool would do the trick.

Not worked much with Matlab. So, cannot really answer that query.

Hopefully, someone else out there will address that question
