pxi-6527 tells me resource is in use, i think it isn't

New install on a brand new PXI-8108 controller in PXI 1000b chassis. All 3 of my PXI-6527 fail test panels telling, and labview tells me "resource is in use".  Another controller I'm using doesn't do this. Help! Trying to get research done in the arctic and am obviously working weekends.

I am assuming you have ensured that LabVIEW and test panels are not trying to access the same devices at the same time as this could cause the error you are seeing.  If that is not the issue then could you verify that this is error you are seeing.  If it is not could you please attach either a screenshot or give the exact wording of the error message (an error code number would be of great help).  Stay warm!
