If you are not particular about simultaneous sampling, You could take a look at the High-Speed M Series Multifunction DAQ cards ( each PCI 6522 card has 80 AI channels and should also meet your expected sampling rates)

Other possibility would be to multiplex a suitable number of SCXI Analog input modules that have simultaneous sample and hold capability, to a single DAQ card. That way, you can have a larger channel count using a single DAQ card

Hi,
What are you measuring (temperature, force, sound, etc)? Since there is no S series with 80 channels your options are like the preview post said a high count m series. If you take a look at the NI PCI-6255, doing a multi channel acquisition you can get a 750 K samples per second divided by the number of channels so with 80 channels we are going to have approximately 9.2 K samples per second per channel. Worst case scenario channel 80 is going to be read 1 can be calculated with this knowledge base: How is the Convert (Channel) Clock Rate Determined in NI-DAQmx and Traditional NI-DAQ?
