windows xp with pci 6025E?

I have uppdated my system from Windows NT to Windows XP and XP refuses to find my PCI-6025E card. I have tried with Ni-daq 6.9.3 driver, wich is suppost to work with XP. XP says that it can´t find the Daqdevice installation file when i restart the computer. I have uninstalled the Daq driver,remowed the card, restarted the computer, installed the daqdriver again, shut down the computer and installed the card but it doesen´t help.
I have tried the card on windows 98 also and that works!
Do the 6025E card not work with XP?
I would be very greatful for any help.

Hegge;

The board you have there should work fine with W-XP and the latest NI-DAQ version.
The issue there is probably ahppening due to some registry key that didn't get deleted from old NI-DAQ versions.
The best way to go about that is to uninstall all NI Software completely, remove the DAQ board and clean the Windows registry.

To do that you go to Start->Run, and type in Regedit on it. You then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Software, and delete the folder National Instruments from there (make sure you previously uninstalled all NI Sofwtare from the machine).

You can then reinstall only the NI-DAQ 6.9.3 Software, and try the board installation. That should work for you.
