Hi, I'm trying to simulate a power supply, but i can't find the Spice Model, or the component values of the datasheet's circuit, from this Power Switch (5M0265R).
Is there any possibility to simulate this component?

Hello,
Without a Model, a component can't be simulated on Multisim because the SPICE Model has the mathematical model that determines the behavior of the component in the Simulation.
You can try to contact the manufacturer to obtatin the SPICE Model.
I'm sending to you a tutorial about the SPICE Model, so you can create your own and also a list of manufacters that can have SPICE models.

Well, Fairchild produce this number KA5M0265R and they don't have in their list the SM.
Could you please help me to contact them asking for the SM?
The english is not my native tongue, for that reason i can't understand where i have to ask for the SM.
Thanks for advance

Hello,
You can access Fairchild website and click in the option "Contact Us" so you can send a mail asking for the SPICE Model of this component.
They will say to you if they have or not this SPICE Model.
If you have any doubt please contact me.
