I do not have Multisim, but looking at your .jpg image, I notice that either you are using an unusual convention or you have the power supplies wired backwards. Typically the positive power supply is connected to the upper terminal and the negative supply to the lower one on amplifiers. You have it the other way. Without pin numbers I cannot tell.
You are also running the CA3080 open loop. Depending on the setting of the pot, the output may always be saturated or switching rapidly between one rail and the other.
