Anyone went through this tut. Creating a custom component in Multisim ?

Hi all.

I stepped through this tutorial and all the signal forms  seem to match but not the values, for instance on the Oscilloscope XSC1.(fig.15)

Could something gone wrong in step 9?

When replacing U2a with section A a supply voltage is not connected (anymore) to the replaced one. And the same goes for DGND

 for section B.

Do I have to connect these ?

Question: And how do I set the PGA Gain with 111 ?

Hi Harold,

I went through the tutorial today with version 11.0, and I didn't experience the same problem you described. For me, they remained connected. My best guess is the component you created might have an incorrectly named pin that doesn't match the names on the design.

As for the 111 question, there is a switch in the bottom right corner of the design to change the gain. I did encounter a problem with the toggle of the switch not working that needed me to update the components for the new version (Tools > Update Circuit Components).
