Assistance please

Hello, thank you for reading and for your time. I'm sorry if this isn't the appropriate spot for this; but I've been trying to fix my problem for over a week now. I couldn't find any phone help line and when I tried to go through the technical support page it isn't taking my serial number.

So before explaining what i've been through i'll try to explain what I think my problem is. Note I could be wrong or misguided since I only have the info I have is what i've gone through trying to fix things. So I believe I have downloaded the wrong version of NI multisim. I currently have version 14.3 when my license is for 14.2 . The products page doesn't let people download older versions unless they have the certification for it. Which is silly to me since after downloading you still have to give credentials so why not just let us download the older versions if we will be blocked from use then anyway.

And so here is where the problems start. I don't know why it won't let me download the older version. So I go to the current version. I give it my info. It doesn't accept it because its looking for codes valid for 14.3 when I have info for 14.2 . Ok. I go to the NI License manager I have installed. Click activate software. It appears to only check for 14.3 applications as seen in the image. So again my info fails.

Ok. I have a link to a 14.2 installer provided from my school. Re-download that. There are no options for me to proceed. Image is all that shows up after launching. No spot to put info in, no option to go next or back or anything.

I am a student with UA Grantham online. I have been using multisim and a few other NI applications for three years now. They are crucial to my lab assignments and sometimes a few other things. I had a problem with the application about a month or so ago which is where these problems are coming from. I don't remember what caused the problems in the first place; but the last time I had issues my school basically just told me that my license should be good for four years and that's it. Despite me showing them proof that I WAS indeed having problems. So regardless of whatever they might have thought about the situation, they were wrong. But that was all the aid I got and again this is very important to my grade since ALL lab assignments use multisim.

I don't know if i'm just unlucky and I caught this at like a update/ revamp process and that's why the website is being so finicky; but Whatever I did to fix this the first time I don't quite remember but now I just can't find that option anymore. So something must have changed or been updated in the last month or two regarding product downloads. I think there used to be some additional option at the download or install screen that Isn't there anymore and thats how I got it working before, i'm not sure. Actually now that I test it again I get the above image from all launcher versions I try whether it be ni-cds-professional _14.3_online or the educational version. They are just blank or fail or something. The only time I can get it to even ask me for info is if I try to launch a multisim design I have from previous work.

A long time ago the school gave me this link https://www.studica.com/ewfrhgjkfqrg65qefrg6ef6 to do my downloads which is the one I referenced earlier for the 14.2 download. But none of this works or helps me at all. And nothing has worked in the slightest, I don't mean to be rude but I feel like there is something fundamentally wrong with your website and you desperately need to look into this.

If I could please just get in contact with an employee here or over email or phone or help/support ticket system or anything please. Im sure I we could easily get my problem fixed if I could just talk with someone or get you in contact with my school and they can give you all the recipes or info and such. At the bare minimum I have a serial number and activation code I can provide.

Also as I mentioned the website needs updating. This is the page I get after trying to certify my product and its instructions are outdated/incorrect  for the version of License manager that is currently out. Also I just checked that trying to auto find my credentials thought the check my account feature always fails due to server error. And the drop down box has options for a serial number or an activation code. Both of which still fail because I believe it is only checking for multisim version 14.3 info.

Thank you for your time, there are six weeks left in my current term. I would need this issue resolved in about a week or two in order to have enough time to go back and and complete all the experiment lab problems I have.
