Component Transfer from Multisim to Ultiboard

I transfer files from the Multisim file to the Ultiboard file. All the components in Multisim have packages. Netlist has all the parts, no error notification appers, but the Ultiboard file misses 3 components U1, U4, U6.

What could be the reason?

The problem was that the previous files which were designed by another person and had same components, had these components transferred in Ultiboard.

But in my files several footprints appeared to be faulty.

The problem was solved by copying footprints from the intial database to mine. However, footprints which were used are standard.
