Oscilloscopes component test

hi .does any body know how to do a component test for example diode or transistor on multisim.where in real oscilloscope you connect the device to earth and component test inputs and you press component test button.

Hi Kulu,

I think your looking for the IV Analyzer instrument, instead of the oscilloscope. This will give you IV curves of diodes and transistors.
