Problem with simulating CMOS 74192N IC

Hi there, I'm a noob to Multisim...I am trying to simulate just a basic circuit with a CMOS 74192N IC, but unable to get the simulation working.  The blue lights should be blinking accordingly. Attached is the circuit that I am trying to run.

I have simulated other circuits successfully, but when it comes to simulating IC chips, I am unable to do so.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Thanks!

You need to change the "On current" of the LEDs.  If you double-click on the LED, it will show the LED electrical paramters.  The forward voltage drop can be looked up for the devices you will be using or left as-is if just simulating.  Calculate the On current required based on the Vf and the supply voltage.  Either lower the on current or adjust your resistor values to get the proper on current.  In real life, your circuit would have worked as wired and the LEDs would have lit at some brightness.

Thank you TOM!  It works by modifying the resistance value.
