Problems after installing Free version for review

No problems installing v9 or upgrading but running Ultiboard causes an Unbalanced driver error with my nVidia graphics card with Exit the only opetion and I cannot now deinstall the package. Can anyone advise please?

Are you running Ultiboard 9 or an upgraded version? When you say, "Unbalanced driver error" with nVidia graphics card, can you provide some more detail with possibly a screenshot? How are you trying to uninstall it and are you getting errors when you are trying to uninstall it?

Thanks for your reply. I have now managed to de-install the entire package and will go through the installation process again and post a screen shot of the error. I was running the current free version with no updates so Ultiboard 9.

Hope you are getting on ok with the installation. The current version of Ultiboard is not 9. I presure you mean evaluation version when you say "free", if not, could you tell me where you downloaded this from?

You are quite correct - I had previously downloaded a version of your software and neglected to check the date prior to its installation. I will delete that version and get the latest one. Thanks and sorry to waste your time. Consider this thread closed.
