Problems with offset of the Multisim Agilent Function Generator

I have the impression that there is a bug in the behavior of the simulated Agilent 33120A Function Generator. I would expect that the same offset value is used when you change functions. Why is it e.g. that if you change from a sine function Vpp = 5 V and offset 1 V to a square function, the offset value is suddenly limited to a max value of 100 mV? I am using the Multisim version 9.1.221 (education).

Yes, it is limited, try using the virtual Function Generator (second instrument) on the instruments toolbar instead.

In the mean time, we upgraded to the NI-Circuit Design Suite Multisim 10.0, but the previous mentioned 'limit' is still there. Will it be solved in a future update? (using these real-world equivalents makes the difference for a lot of our students, so it is a real pity that we have to use the virtual Function Generator instead).

I'm using the virtual function generator from the toolbar and the offset has no effect at all.  I'm using a scope with DC mode.
