Ultiboard crashes during Gerber creation

Ultiboard crashes during Gerber creation,

Does anyone have any advice? I am trying to convert a large pcb design to gerber format I am using gerber RS274D, it takes a very long time but is successful in creating some of the files, then gives me a runtime error and shuts down.
