thanks a lot my friend for searching,i already had these types but they have big deviations at real circuits.My problem was that i was afraid to simulate because with exactly same values we used at university's lab,at simulation of multisim(also pspice,ltspice)i had wrong numbers.But i realy thank you for the time you spend.
