transformer voltage measurement

I can not measure voltage at the exit of transformer in a simulation Multisim-demo. The ratio is 14.7 for 220/15V. Why?

Here are a few rather simple suggestions. If you post your file I may be able to come up with a better answer.

1. Make sure you are tieing AC to the primary

2 Make sure both sides of the transformer has a ground.

3. Be sure the Multimeter is set to measure AC.

4. Be sure the Multimeter is grounded.

I know these are ridiculously simple things, but I have been know to screw up the simplest thing when wiring a circuit and I have been wiring them up for years with Multisim.

Thanks a lot. Now it works fine with a ground at the entry, I am sorry I ignored " at least one ground"!
