Hi Mark,
As long as the TDS2022 gives you the results that you are expecting, all you need is to download the Plug & Play Instrument Drivers from the IDNET (as suggested by Charles).
All that you need to do is to extract/ unzip the download drivers i.e. tktds1k2k.zip, and copy the entire i.e. tktds1k2k folder to the i.e. C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2009\instr.lib\
Re-launch LabVIEW. And, you shall able to access and use the instrument drivers functions found under the functions palette i.e. Instrument I/O
