Problem regarding communication to the Feed Locator API

Andr8830, looking at this further unfortunately NIPM does not have any additional logging of these types of communication failures. We believe that something is blocking NIPM's ability to communicate with the https endpoints to our web API.

Questions:

1. Can you think of any potential differences between how you have your system configured as compared to your supervisor and other students?
2. Have you ever used and configured network traffic monitoring tools, like Fiddler, on your system that might be getting in the middle?

Hi again Scott

I can't find any differences between me and the others and I don't use any network traffic monitoring tools.

However I have just tried updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and it seems to have fixed the problem. I don't know why but somehow upgrading to Windows 11 has resolved the problem.
