Hi,

Could you take a wider screenshot that has the whole Types Window?

Are you creating this step under the Sequence File you are working in, or in the My Types.ini file?

Hi,

If you create and save this in either the <TestStand Public>\Components\TypesPalettes  or the <TestStand>Components\TypesPalette folder it should load.

Is the ini file stored in either of these locations?

Sorry about the slow reply.

This is really strange. Does the same happen if you create the step in any of the other files? If you create it under a sequence file does it stay when you save the sequence?

Can you create another and share the ini file?

its solved !!

i think its because in step properties, there is option Attach to this file(Type Properties Dialog Box). if i tick this option when creating custom step then after restarting TS, step will remain there.
