In ClearCase you can either have a dynamic view or a snapshot view. The difference is:
Dynamic View- The files reside on the server and when you look at a file you are looking at the file on the server.
Snapshot View- The files reside on the local machine and are a copy of what's on the server. When you checkin the files on the server will then become overridden with the copy on your local machine.
We have found that the Snapshot View works a lot better for TS. This way you don't have to wait so long for TS to search a network drive for dependencies. I don't know if your ClearCase admins will allow you to create a snapshot version but that seems to work the best with TS.
You will need to set up TestStand for a source code control. There is a document here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/E5763AD50D29E44286256CEC0055552F?OpenDocument
Hope this helps some,

Thanks Jigg
If you want to mount the VOB from the TestStand, then by using the ClearTool command we can mount all or the one which we needed.
