How to generate automatically sequence files

Thanks to all , indeed, this discussion has helped me to do similar thing for automation of creating sequence using the xls file(where we give all data to be used).

I made use of application activex palettes in labview to do the automate.

I want to read the test script file, parse and automate the sequence as per the test script in teststand for example my scripting file is in python and coding is in LabVIEW, how I can use teststand to read the test sequence from scripting file and execute the code as per the sequence step sequentiality.
