Operator Interface Entry point buttons disappear

I am having this same exact problem, I was able to successfully deploy to a couple of test machines and not to another test machine. Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? When I load up the sequence I am not seeing the Test UUT's or the Single Pass Buttons and where the Run MainSequence button should be I see a Run button but it is disabled. I can still run the sequence by using the Execute/Test UUT's or by right clicking on the left side where the sequence file is located and clicking Test UUT's. If I click anywhere in the center where the sequence files are located I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error. I am using Labview 8.2.1 and TestStand 4.0 and my test machine is running Windows XP with all of the normal windows updates

Option 2 has fixed my problem. Thanks for the assist Manooch
