Package Installer and Patch Deployments

Using the TestStand 2019 Deployment Utility, I created a Package-Based Distribution > Package Installer. This worked fine; I got an installer that installed NIPM, runtime engines, drivers, and my TestStand files.

Since then, I made some changes to some LabVIEW VIs and the TestStand Sequence file. What is the recommended way to create the equivalent of a "Patch Deployment" for a Package-Based Distribution?

• If I select "Patch Deployment", it generates a full-blown installer anyway.
• If I select Package-Based Distribution > Single Package, that seems to give me what I want: A small .nipkg package that can be installed on top of the original full installation. However, this is still registered as a "Full Deployment".
