Problem with IVI step for Agilent Power supply

Hi,

We are using Agilent Power supply ( E3648A) and my team tried to use IVI  power supply test step. When it is configured using "validate" button, It is able to communicate with powersupply and set the voltage range.

But if I use Run selected step this is giving attached error. This is captured using NI SPY. Please let me know, why do we have this error

You are trying to set it to 14 V. Are you sure that the powersupply is using the 20V 2.5A operation mode, when you are running the step. IIRC there is another command than ConfigureOutputRange to switch between 8V 5A and 20V 2.5A modes.

I strongly recommend going over the available documents on Agilent's website. Below is the user's manual for your reference. If there is a way to set the operation mode, it's probably listed in this manual.
