Reloading VI parameter when Connector pane is modified and deleting that entry from teststand

I have a VI call which has multiple parameter

Later if I delete one control from the VI e.g: Boolean and reload the prototype in TestStand. It comes as strike-through in red.

I want to remove entry in red.

How to do that? What am I missing.
