Semiconduction multi Test --STDF enabling C_RESFMT, C_LLMFMT and C_HLMFMT fields

Hi Team,

I would like to see these "C_RESFMT, C_LLMFMT and C_HLMFMT fields " these column in my stdf file.

I am using NISTS T1  and in Semiconduction multi Test to configure the above fields I have tried changing 

I expected if I change the format it will reflect in the datalog but it is showing empty. 

Please suggest how can we configure this.
