The answer is NO. It is just looping waiting for the chamber relay to close. The chamber relay is connected to an ITA (Interface Test Adaptor). One side is connected to Ground and the other is connected to a pull-up. The pull-up is connected to one of the Digital Input pins of the PXI-6509, which the loop is reading.
Warren (reply above) seems to have had the same problem at one time. We are just going to go back to what we were doing and the VP will have to wait until we get a better understanding of what is going on whether it be TestStand, the PXI cards, or us since we still have a lot to learn and understand with this environment.
