Teststand edit substep problem

I have a type palette with two step types. Each has an edit substep.

Every time I close teststand, says that this type palette is modified, and there is a star next to the filename as changed. I save it, but the next time id I close teststand, it happens again. Even if I do nothing in TS, just open and close the sequence editor.

I have figured out, that if I remove the edit substeps from my step types, this problem disappears. If I define an edit substep for only one step type, it happens again.

I use TS 3.1, the version of the edit substep is 3.1.0.9095

Do you or have you had an early TestStand installed?

This is the only installed version on my PC, TS 3.1. I haven´t had any other version.
