Don't use the installer which still has the old dll with the bug. Use the zip file which has the dll directly and copy to the path AllenP mentioned . We distributed the installer to our manufaturing locations world over and it broke everywhere, later we found that it got the same old version of the origional file. It took us quite a bit of time to figure this out, because we thought the installer has the correct dll.
