Hi,
One thing you might try is making sure your path to the cfg files in the Station Options is correct.
One thing I have noticed is that teststand reads the data from the cfg folder but if this is not explicitly defined in the Station Options ie just pointing to the \teststand x.x folder rather than \teststand x.x\cfg then a set of ini files are created in the \teststand x.x folder rather than updating the correct set.
Delete any rouge ini files, once you have done this you might find your warning message stops.

I had a similar problem with removing that problem from my workstation and it wasn't fixed untill I disabled all user input options under every installed Microsoft program. Once I went through and disabled it under all "Currently installed programs" it went away. I think mine didn't go away untill I disabled the handwriting component.
