download TS2012 SP1

I am trying to install the NI stuff on a new computer.  I've downloaded and installed LV and CVI.  I still need TS, Device Drivers, and NISE.  The problem is that TS wants me to use a downloader utility to get the s/w.  It looks like NISE only has the downloader option also.  My IT people have my computer so locked down that I cannot change the firewall settings or the security settings to allow it to work.  LV and CVI have the option to do a standard download of the installer package but I cannot find one for TS. 

Can you point me to where I can get a standard download for TS and SE like is available for CVI and LV?
