Are you automating this process in TestStand?  I'm not sure I follow what you mean here.

Are you looking for hardware to automate or are you just looking for how other testers in the industry do this?

Hello can I use a chem bath hot or cold to clean off carbon from sensor. or maybe with elec bath.this is a carbom smut on sensor from gasoline.no signal out of sensor. this will be just one sensor on a bench at a time. will not monitor as cleaner is working.THANKS FRANKIE

Why are you posting here? Does this have anything to do with the program TestStand or for that matter, any NI software or hardware?
