Hi Jerzy,
I've received your project and bitfile from a collegue and I've set up a system to try reproducing the issue. If there is anything to report, I will let you know as soon as possible. I was not able to find the 7x 9265 modules around here though, so I picked some different modules.

Hi Devin,
I'm Claudio Cupini, AE from NI Italy. I'm looking for Scan Engine & Ethercat Custom Device to use in NI VeriStand 2014 and with LabVIEW 2014.
Is there an up-to-date version of the custom device?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Jerzy,
I have not reproduced the problem so far. I noticed I am using NI-RIO 13.1 and you are using 13.0.1. Can you try upgrading?

Thanks

Hello Stephen,
I updated the system at the end of July, but unfortunatelly the problem still exists.
New technical report in attachment.
PS. On clean system - only SE&E CD it took ca. 8h before system crashes - maybe You have to just wait a little bit longer.
Best regards,
Jerzy

Still running with no errors. I'll keep you posted. I believe you for sure, so maybe its because I dont have the same modules...

Can you try removing your other PXI cards and uninstalling the now-unneeded drivers?

We can try to do that. I will give You feedback as soon as I have some results (probably on Monday).

Hi Stephen,
We made a test over weekend.
After removing some HW and SW components from PXI system seems to be stable.
New technical report in attachment.
Small comparison of the installed software also in attachment.
We will try now with the software needed in our system:
NI-SWITCH 4.6.5
NI-Sync 3.4.1
NI-Sync PXI-6683x Ethernet Driver 1.0.0
NI-TimeSync 1.2.0
NI-TimeSync NI-Sync Plugin 1.2.0
NI-XNET 1.8.0
Any idea which software component can be a root cause of our problem?

OK this helps. If I had to guess, it would be the 6683 since it has an Ethernet port. I'm going to get a 6683 and add it to my system.
For the TimeSync 1.2... did you have the ini key setup as well?
Thanks
