I'm sorry your having difficulties with you PXI controller. The PXI-1006 is your chassis but you can call into NI to see if your controller is still under warranty. Please have the part number and serial number handy when you call in. Try using a different monitor first to make sure that it is the video on the controller that is acting up. To further troubleshoot your controller and possibly get it repaired just go to ni.com/support and choose to "Phone NI".
