CAN PXI-8513 Not Appearing under Devices and Interfaces in NI MAX

Having an issue getting a bit of LabVIEW software working with a CAN card on another system. The systems are identical in terms of hardware, but it appears we are missing a bit of software or a driver that is preventing the CAN card being accessible via NI MAX and we can't work out which bit.

The image below is probably the best illustration of this problem. This screen dump is from our system with the CAN working. As you can see, there is an NI-CAN Devices branch below Devices and Interfaces. There is also a reference to this card under the NI-PXI chassis (obscured by red circle). The driver we are using interfaces to this card using these CAN0 and CAN1 aliases.

If we go to our system which isn't working - the version of NI-CAN and XNET are identical, we have the card reference under NI-PXI chassis, but the NI-CAN Devices branch isn't present.

I don't suppose anyone has any ideas what could be the cause of this?

Problem solved - we were missing the CAN XNET compatibility package.
