Hi Slawek,
After committing a new IP address to the controller, were you able to ping that IP? I would also use the serial redirect switch on the controller to see if the controller is booting up fine and holding on to the new IP address. Also, it will be a good idea to just use a cross-over cable to connect to the controller instead of going through the network as this will eliminate any network problems.

Hi Slawek,
From your last post I infer that your RT controller is now booting up fine and DAQmx driver has been installed correctly. The issue at hand is that only one of your 4472 cards show up in MAX.
Have you installed all the necessary drivers for the 4472? Also, have you tried to acquire data from the 4472 card that you can see in MAX to verify that it works fine? When you interchanged the slots of the working 4472 with the one in question did the problem follow the slot or the card? The first step in the debugging process that I usually follow is to isolate the problem and once the cause is known then try to find a solution or a work around.
