How do you enable measurement uncertainty using Calibration Executive Version 3.4.1

I'm trying to enable the measurement uncertainty in Calibration Executive version 3.4.1.  The help function states that calibration executive program prompts you if you want measurement uncertainty performed or not.  I have never seen this prompt in on any of the PXI, PCI or USB cards I have run.  Is there something that has to be enabled to see this?  At the moment I'm running a PXI-4071 DMM, I have found the Uncertainty File for the 5720A as stated in the help function (95% confidence level) but I do not see where one can enable or where the software prompt you to enable uncertainty measurements.
