Since you are using a MXI system, go through all the steps in MXI-Express Compatibility and Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide

Thank you for the feedback. we have tried the methods suggested in the link provided during the debug yesterday. we still have the issue, The problem of IPC shutdown/Freeze happens only when PXI 4065 DMM driver is installed or connected in the PXI Chassis.
Note : if the PXI DMM 4065 is removed, the remianing cards in the chassis is deducted in the NI-MAX without any issues.
Disable Active State Power Management (ASPM) is something not tried, we will try and update. meanwhile any other hint to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated for the support.
Note-2 : When the same setup (PXI frame, MXI cable etc) is connected on the Advantec IPC with Windows 07 OS works fine (Including DMM and all device.). But we are forced used the Lenovo IPCdue to some Security restrictions.

Hi
The drivers and software versions are same in Lenovo Thinkstation and Advantech PC.
Advantech PC all cards are detected and working fine.in Lenovo the PC freeze issue occurs when PCI 4065 is installed.
So what cause this issue in different computers and what need to be checked.

Sajeesh,
Generally if this is not working on one system but is on another, that points to an issue with that system's configuration or physical issue.
Ensure your BIOS, OS, and other software is fully up to date. If you can, I recommend upgrading all NI software to the latest released versions as well.
The MXI Compatibility page is a useful start, but you may also wish to try disabling Kernel DMA Protection in the BIOS.
Without further information from the crash dump (even the call stack), it is going to be difficult to debug this further.

Hi..
The Kernal DMA protection is made OFF in BIOS+ Fast Reboot disabled.
This solved the issue.
Thanks everyone! for the support.
