NI PXIe-8108 reboot due to system error

I have a NI PXIe-1082 chassis with a NI PXIe-8108 controller. 

when I power up the system it fails to boot. The system starts LabVIEW Real-Time executive.

It reaches

Initializing network...

Device 1 - MAC addr: 00:80:2F:12:99:C3 - 169.254.201.85 / 16 (primary - static)

Reboot due to system error.

System state: Safe Mode (software Error)

I have attached the ni_support.zip report from MAX.

How should I fix this software error?

Hi,

 Is this a fresh install of LabVIEW RT? Before this error, was the real time target working properly?

Hi,

I've doing some research but I haven't found the cause of this error. However I've found some cases that are pretty similar to this one and the solution proposed was to reformat your real time target from MAX.

Could you please try to reformat your device? You have to restart your target into safe mode. Once the boot process is completed, open MAX, find your device (right click on it) and format your disk.

I have formated the disk and reloaded the software.

All good now.
